What You'll Do

As a Line Cook at THE BRICK OVEN, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals that keep our customers coming back for more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensuring that food is cooked and plated with precision and consistency.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold our high standards.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- A passion for food and attention to detail in every dish you prepare.
- Teamwork skills and a positive attitude to contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen equipment operation.
