Alloy Talent Co. is hiring a motivated sales professional ready to grow beyond individual performance. This full-time, in-person role combines customer acquisition with hands-on development in coaching, onboarding, goal setting, and team operations.

You will begin by learning the client campaign and producing consistent sales results. As you progress, you will take on greater responsibility supporting newer representatives and helping the team perform at a higher level.

What you’ll do

• Lead face-to-face customer conversations from introduction through enrollment
• Learn customer needs and recommend the most suitable options
• Work toward weekly sales, conversion, and customer-care goals
• Help newer representatives strengthen their communication and sales approach
• Support morning meetings, campaign updates, and daily goal setting
• Assist with onboarding, shadowing, and hands-on training
• Track activity and help the team identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain high standards for professionalism, accuracy, and follow-through
• Develop the skills needed to move into greater leadership responsibility

What you bring

• Previous sales experience is required
• Experience reaching quotas, revenue goals, or performance targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence handling questions, concerns, and customer decisions
• A coachable mindset and interest in helping others improve
• Personal accountability, organization, and consistent follow-through
• Leadership, training, or mentorship experience is helpful
• Full-time availability for in-person work in Birmingham, Alabama
