You'll coordinate service staff, manage timelines, and serve as the main point of contact during functions. • You'll be the leader behind memorable events and functions, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
• Your daily tasks will include supervising banquet staff, coordinating event logistics, and liaising with clients.
• You will report to the Banquet Manager.
• A career as a banquet captain can pave the way to various management roles, such as banquet manager, event planner, or even director of catering and conference services.

Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have

• No educational minimum is required
• Previous Banquet experience in this exact position (preferred)
• Previous Restaurant experience in a similar or related position (required)
• A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered
