Travel Med Surg Telemetry RN - Heart Failure & Stroke Unit - $2,146 per week
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Job Description & Requirements

Education Requirement
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) – required
2️⃣ Licensure Requirement
- Registered Nurse (RN) license for State of Alabama OR
- Compact RN license
- No temporary licenses accepted
- License must be verifiable through NURSYS
3️⃣ Certification Requirement
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA or Red Cross
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – AHA or Red Cross
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – AHA or Red Cross
4️⃣ Experience Requirement
- Preferred: 2 years of RN experience
- Minimum considered: 18 months RN experience under the highest level of license , with at least 1 year in the specialty (Med Surg Telemetry / Stroke)
5️⃣ Other Requirements
- Must be patient-facing (direct care)
- Must be willing to float to other units/hospitals
- Able to work every other weekend and holidays as required
- Dress code: Solid navy scrubs
