General Job Description

• Assemble and test mechanical, electrical, and electro-optic assemblies for high-temperature camera systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electro-optic assemblies.
• Provide customer technical support.
• Keep detailed records, organize parts/inventory, assist with shop clean-up.
• Eventual progression to travel to customer sites across the U.S. for installation and repair of above.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Trade school certificate or Associates Degree in Electronics is preferred.)
• A working knowledge of AC and DC electrical principles is required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a technical field is preferred.
• Microsoft Office/Computer knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills, problem solving techniques, and accuracy are essential.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize duties.
• Ability to fully understand and follow complex oral and written instructions, schematics, and procedures.
• Must be reasonably fit and able to carry up to 30 lbs. up several flights of stairs.
• Must have a good driving record and have reliable transportation.
• No smoking or alcohol allowed on premises or at work sites.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
