Operations Support Coordinator
Operations Support Coordinator | Mobile, AL
Genesis is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to manage administrative and office operations in Mobile, AL. This role focuses on inventory management, invoicing, recordkeeping, and spreadsheet tracking, while occasionally supporting warehouse operations.
Schedule:ON SITE Monday – Friday, daytime office hours Occasional Saturdays (as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain inventory records, shipping documentation, and invoices
Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and administrative files
Support stevedoring crews with cargo staging and occasional warehouse walkthroughs
Receive, inspect, and document cargo as needed
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and record updates
Qualifications:
Valid TWIC card required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage spreadsheets, invoicing, and administrative tasks
Physical stamina for occasional warehouse walking; able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
