Worship Leader
- A degree in music, worship leadership, or a related field or equivalent experience leading worship in a church setting.
- A born-again believer who demonstrates strong Christian character and affirms the Baptist Faith and Message (2000) adopted by the Southern
- Strong communication skills with the ability to relate well to people of all ages.
- A clear passion for worship ministry, with creativity and openness to innovation while remaining theologically grounded.
- Plan, coordinate, rehearse, and lead worship services each Sunday and for other designated church events.
- Work closely with the Senior Pastor in planning worship services and related ministry activities.
- Recruit, train, and provide leadership to volunteer musicians and vocalists.
- Coordinate with the sound and media teams to ensure effective use of audio, visuals, and worship slides.
- Develop and oversee additional worship expressions as appropriate, such as choirs, worship teams, instrumental ensembles, or handbell choirs,
