COO - Medical Industry #1510
Keller Executive Search is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our esteemed client in the medical industry. This leadership role entails overseeing the organization’s daily operations while optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the medical sector, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
Enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Oversee daily operations and the work of executives in different functions
Manage relationships with partners and vendors
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Represent the company in professional associations and networking events
Requirements
Proven experience as COO or relevant role in the medical industry
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, sales, and procurement
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different teams
Benefits
Location: Jasper (Alabama, with regional travel)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid with frequent travel to facilities
Compensation: Base salary $150,000-$200,000 with total compensation potential of $200,000-$250,000
