Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized, evidence-based speech and language therapy services virtually to K12 students in both individual and small-group settings.

  • Conduct prehensive evaluations to determine speech and language needs and craft targeted, effective intervention strategies.

  • Develop and manage IEPs and therapy goals in alignment with state and federal guidelines.

  • Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote whole-student development.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, session notes, and IEP pliance.

  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings, offering expert insight and remendations for ongoing student support.

  • Leverage secure teletherapy platforms and digital tools to create dynamic, engaging learning environments.

Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP).

  • Preferred: At least two years of school-based experience.

  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and implementation.

  • Collaborative, student-focused munication style and problem-solving skills.

  • fortable navigating and using virtual therapy platforms and digital resources.

  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply especially those fluent in [insert language, e.g., Spanish] to better serve diverse student populations.

Technology Requirements
  • Stable high-speed internet connection.

  • A desktop or laptop puter (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).

  • Ability to pass a brief tech screening to ensure system patibility.
