Salary: $23.00- $24.00

Must be able to pass a background check.

Tentative Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday 7AM-5:30PM

Job Location - Bay Minette, Alabama

Job Duration - 6 months (approximately)

Job On-Site Start Date - December 29, 2025

Job Duties

Looking for an ambitious, hardworking individual to join the team.

• Manually moving freight, stock, or other materials and performing other general labor as instructed.
• Follow instructions from construction project managers and foreman
• Cleaning the construction site by removing hazards, materials and debris from the worksite.
• Loading materials from trucks through the loading docks using hand trucks and other freight moving equipment.
  

• Must be able to tolerate extreme heat and extreme cold <0-40 degrees in the winter> .
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs above shoulder height on a regular basis as well the ability to bend, stoop, squat, walk, climb, and stand for 4 or more hours consecutively with or without accommodations.
• May be required to wear personal protective equipment including but not limited to hard hats, gloves, protective eye wear, fire retardant clothing.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English to understand technical documents, safety procedures, and instructions relevant to job duties. English proficiency is required due to operational and safety communication needs.
• Other duties as assigned

Proof of home address will be required in order to qualify for per diem.
