(School Based) SLPA, Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical assessments and review medical histories to evaluate patients' conditions accurately.
- Create and tailor treatment plans that align with each patient's unique rehabilitation goals and needs.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and training programs to enhance mobility and functionality.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and recovery processes.
- Monitor and document patient progress toward rehabilitation goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in a home health setting.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a physical therapist, adhering to professional standards.
- Current CPR certification required upon employment.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to various client locations.
