We are seeking skilled and motivated Machinists to join our team across three levels: Machinist I, Machinist II, and Machinist III (Programmer). Each level offers increasing responsibility, technical complexity, and compensation based on experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Machinist I: Support daily machining operations, perform basic machine setup, and ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Machinist II: Operate with greater independence, perform complex setups, troubleshoot machining issues, and contribute to process improvements.
• Machinist III: Responsible for CNC programming, precision machining, complex setups, and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Essential Skills

• Blueprint reading
• Machining
• Machine setup and troubleshooting
• Experience with Haas machines
• Lathe and Mill operations
• Axis and Surfcam programming

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Machinist I: Minimum of 2 years of technical school or college in a relevant discipline or 2 years of hands-on machining experience.
• Machinist II: Minimum of 2+ years of technical school or college in a relevant discipline or 3+ years of machining experience.
• Machinist III: Minimum of 2+ years of technical school or college in a relevant discipline or 5+ years of machining experience, including CNC programming responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
