Floor Tech

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various settings. This includes performing tasks such as buffing, carpet cleaning, and general floor care. If you have experience in custodial or commercial cleaning and possess strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply. Duties: - Perform floor care duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing - Utilize appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions to ensure the cleanliness and shine of floors - Conduct carpet cleaning using industry-standard techniques and equipment - Remove stains, spills, and other debris from floors - Inspect floors for damages or maintenance needs and report them to the supervisor - Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed - Adhere to established cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner Skills: - Proven experience in floor care, preferably in a commercial or custodial setting - Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods - Proficiency in operating floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot stains or damages on floors - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
