What You'll Do...

This is an entry-level intern position. Great opportunity to get on-the-job-training and apply your skills to fast-paced, diverse projects. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the accounting department.You will

• 
  Assist with creating invoices in Deltekand excel
• 
  Assist with preparing cost reports in excel
• 
  Assist with contract administration
• 
  Process contract modifications in Deltek and timekeeping software
• 
  Create presentationsand status reports
• 
  Organize and update accounting files
• 
  Research and collect pertinent information
• 
  Assist with special projects
• 
  Assist with maintaining compliance with applicable laws
• 
  Perform other tasks as assigned.

What is Required to Get the Job Done

•

  Part-time, professional, partially on-site position at the corporate facility

  Mastery of basic MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) plus SharePoint
