• Contribute to strategizing and enacting preventive maintenance schedules.

Your Skillset

• A high school diploma or equivalent, paired with technical certification in a maintenance-related domain, is necessary.
• Demonstrable track record as a maintenance technician or in a related capacity.
• In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, electrical strands, plumbing, and mechanics.
• Ability to diagnose and fix a variety of equipment challenges.
• Keen analytical skills with a meticulous approach to solving problems.
• Strong interpersonal communication and a team-oriented mindset.
• Openness to a flexible work schedule, covering evenings and weekends as required.
• A valid driver's license along with access to reliable transportation.
