Agentic Capability Engineer
- Design agent system architecture and implement DevSecOps practices for AI workflows
- Build and maintain AI agents, agent systems, and reusable skills/workflows for delivery teams
- Develop and govern prompt, context engineering patterns that produce consistent, high-quality outputs
- Stand up MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, CLI tools, and agent testing frameworks
- Deliver platform configuration and integrations (CI/CD pipelines, repositories, environments, guardrails)
- Standardize orchestration components-templates, harnesses, observability-for enterprise reuse
- Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of agent delivery capabilities over time
- Provide technical guidance to ADEs and AEMs on effective use of agentic infrastructure
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated platform or infrastructure impact
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, or integrating AI/ML systems in production environments
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience with prompt engineering and context optimization skills with measurable quality improvements
- 2+ years of experience designing reusable tools, frameworks, or developer productivity infrastructure
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Strong security mindset with knowledge of AI-specific risks (prompt injection, data leakage, hallucination)
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into accessible patterns for other engineers
- Track record of staying current with rapidly evolving AI tools and contributing improvements proactively
