Aviation Service Partners (ASP) is seeking a Sheet Metal / Structures Mechanic to join our growing aviation maintenance team. ASP specializes in sourcing and providing world-class Maintenance, Engineering, and Project Management teams to deliver end-to-end MRO services that are cost-effective, high-quality, and dependable.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Perform aircraft sheet metal and structural repairs, including removal, fabrication, modification, and installation of aircraft components
• Read and interpret FAA-approved technical data, SRMs, AMMs, engineering orders, and work packages
• Perform repairs on fuselage, skins, frames, stringers, ribs, and structural assemblies
• Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and precision measuring equipment
• Support or perform composite repairs and hot bonding (experience preferred)
• Assist with inspections, corrosion repair, and structural troubleshooting
• Document work performed in accordance with FAA, customer, and company requirements
• Work safely and professionally in compliance with OSHA, EPA, FAA, and company standards

What Youll Need to Succeed:

• A&P License (preferred)
• Sheet metal/structures experience in aviation, manufacturing, military, or regulated mechanical environments preferred
• Composite and hot-bond experience preferred
• Willingness to teach and train other A&P and ASMs for sheet metal
• Ability to use power and pneumatic tools safely and effectively
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements
• Ability to wear a respirator as required per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134
• Subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned
