Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outreach and networking
Educate prospects on life insurance and financial protection products
Generate and qualify leads to support sales growth
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and outreach strategies
Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and track interactions in the CRM
Represent The Rustman Agency with professionalism and purpose
