IRM Developer - Audit Management
Contract Role: ServiceNow IRM Developer (Audit Management Focus)
Location: UK-based, Remote (with limited travel)
Start Date: 8th September 2025
Duration: 3 months
Engagement: Full-time, Outside IR35
Our client, a global IT Consulting organization, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to join their team on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) with a strong focus on Audit Management. You will be responsible for developing, configuring and enhancing IRM modules to support audit processes, ensuring best practices and compliance requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Audit Management workflows within ServiceNow IRM.
- Develop integrations, reports, and dashboards to support audit evidence, tasks, and findings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Ensure configurations align with IRM best practices and compliance frameworks.
Skillset
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IRM / GRC, with a proven track record in Audit Management.
- Experience with policy, compliance, risk, and audit-related modules.
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
