Shift Availability:
1st Shift: 5:50 am - 6:00 pm
2nd Shift: 5:50 pm - 6:00 am
Rotation: 2/2/3 – Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other weekend!
Overtime: Available (both mandatory and voluntary)

What’s a Typical Day as an Assembly Operator?
As an Assembly Operator, you'll be responsible for:
Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
Loading raw parts onto a conveyor belt for chemical coating.
Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment.
Performing routine equipment inspections and evaluating efficiency.
Identifying and implementing improvements in operations.
Documenting production data (forms, reports, logs, equipment & batch records).
Using Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) methods to ensure safety.
Troubleshooting problems and completing tasks that require multiple steps, with minimal supervision.
Assuring coating slurry and raw substrates meet required specifications.
This Job Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, including machine operating experience.
Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
Have basic computer, math, and communication skills.
Are able to stand for long periods and climb ladders.
