Summary

Manage the Front Desk Operations, Front Desk Associates, and Clerical Associates at the various Health Centers.

Education

High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Health Administration or related field is preferred.

Experience

One to two years previous experience or related environment preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Meet/exceed all PSR goals, including patient satisfaction, patient receivables, patient management, safety and housekeeping, patient records management, deposit accuracy and Front Desk availability.
  2. Generate accurate, high quality written correspondences and routine reports.
  3. Responsible for distribution and communication of all incoming mail and Memos, Charts.
  4. Work effectively and efficiently with other members of the Management Team, ensuring an integrated team approach, aligned with the organization’s mission and Strategic Plan.
  5. Ensure effective, efficient utilization of the Electronic Health Management System at all health centers.
  6. Help to develop, support, communicate, and coordinate with in the policies, procedures, processes, and decisions that affect the Front Desk Operation at all health centers. Improve operational performance across all health centers.
  7. Ensure that each Patient Service Representative has an effective Development Plan on file that addresses current and future development needs.
  8. Ensure timely performance evaluation, governed by the organization’s Human Resources Policies and Procedures. Actively and visibly promote an environment of teamwork, respect, dignity, which provides motivation for each employee to continuously improve their level of effort and results.
  9. Manage PSR spending within budget requirements and attend conferences and meetings.
  10. Participates in RHMPI’s Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Care Team collaboration approach to ensure quality, comprehensive and coordinated team-based care is delivered to patients in a team-based care environment.
  11. Performs other duties as assigned.
