Relentless work ethic? We hustle HARD! Teach file structuring? Educate like a BOSS!

I’m deep in the trenches: running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. And now, I need a back-end WARRIOR.

Responsibilities
- When that app hits, you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting loan files.
- Support and coach the team, especially the 6 new LOs from the last 30 days – they need a guru like YOU.
- Run pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and contribute to team success.
Qualifications
- Experienced Loan Officer with mastery of Conventional, Government, and Non-QM products.
- DU/LP fluency; knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac processes.
- Ability to lead and teach file structuring; strong work ethic; ability to build and lead a team.
