Long-Lewis of Florence is hiring a detail-driven Warranty Administrator to manage claims, support the service team, and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:Accurately process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers
Review repair orders, parts, and labor for compliance
Work with technicians and parts staff to resolve warranty issues
Keep detailed records and track pending claims
Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general service team support
1–2 years of experience in warranty admin, service writing, or related roles
Familiarity with manufacturer guidelines (Ford, GM, VW, Mitsubishi a plus)
Proficiency in DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack preferred)
Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills
Valid driver’s license and clean record
Work with a trusted, award-winning dealership
