Administrative Assistant Office Manager
Overview:
Talon Hiring Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator- Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth business functions. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and able to balance administrative duties with general office management responsibilities. The hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 9:00am – 2:00pm with Fridays off.

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and supply inventory.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and visitors.
- Support bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, expense tracking, and assisting with budgets.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain office calendars.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist leadership with special projects and reporting as needed.
What you will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience as an office administrator, office manager, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
