Shifts Available:

Monday-Friday: 3pm-11:30pm & 11pm-7:30am (shift pay eligible)

Baylor Weekends: Dayshift- 7am-7:30pm (baylor pay+shift pay)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Scottsboro, AL. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Demonstrate clinical expertise, knowledge, and skills in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based care guidelines

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Alabama

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and patients

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
