Job Summary:
BC Companies LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Traveling Construction Laborer with concrete experience to join our team. This position requires travel to various commercial construction sites across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with concrete work and be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with all phases of concrete work including forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup
• Perform general construction labor tasks on commercial job sites
• Assist with trench drains, slab repairs, and site preparation
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
• Work with project managers and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
Requirements:
• Concrete experience required (forming, pouring, finishing, or repair work)
• Ability to travel for out-of-state projects as needed
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working on commercial construction projects
• Experience with trench drains, slab work, or structural concrete
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred but not required
