Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician in Birmingham, AL
Join a collaborative, high‑acuity emergency department team where your skills are valued and supported. TeamHealth is seeking an emergency medicine (EM) nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to join our team at Baptist Brookwood Medical Center.
Opportunity Overview- Deliver patient-centered care in a busy, well-equipped ED with strong physician and APC collaboration
- Manage a range of emergency presentations with appropriate autonomy

What You'll Do
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat ED patients within NP/PA scope
- Work in fast-paced, team-driven environment with excellent nursing and administrative support
- Document and communicate effectively to ensure safe, efficient flow
Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA (or eligible) in Alabama
- Prior emergency medicine or urgent care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and commitment to high-quality care
