In this role, you'll work with individuals and families to help them explore life insurance and financial protection options that fit their needs. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship while developing valuable skills in sales, customer service, relationship building, and financial services.

Compensation:$115,500 – $180,000
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Guide individuals and families through their coverage options, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with our team to stay updated on the latest insurance products and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in the insurance field.
- Track and manage client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to both personal and team success.

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and confident in their decisions.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, participating in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and products.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
- Comfortable using CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.
