Crumbl Cookies Shift Leader

This position will predominantly be 4pm/5pm-10:30pm M-Thur and 4/5pm-12:30am Friday/Saturday.

Previous Shift Lead/Management Experience Required

A shift lead is in responsible for managing a working shift and reporting to the store manager.

Shift Lead responsibilities:

• Ensuring employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
• Effectively instructing other employees on the shift.
• Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Meet deadlines
• Maintain excellent customer service at all levels
• Read and understand Crumbl recipes
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources and other equipment used to make cookies
• Decorating and displaying the finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

Job Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience required
• Notable communication schools
• An eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliable, with high integrity and strong worth ethic
• A team player
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Computer literacy
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in fast-paced atmosphere
• Must be 18+ to apply

Pay is $11/hr plus tips. Tips are $3-$6/hr ($14-$17/hr total)
