Youth & Children’s Minister
Shiloh Baptist Church in Hartford, AL, is seeking a full-time Youth & Children’s Minister. The ideal candidate is a godly, relational, and motivated leader who will provide vision, leadership, and discipleship for our children’s and youth ministries (birth–12th grade). This individual will work alongside volunteers and families to help rebuild and strengthen a Christ-centered ministry focused on sharing the Gospel, teaching biblical truth, and laying a strong spiritual foundation for the next generation. Responsibilities include leading weekly ministries, organizing events and outreach opportunities, and investing in the spiritual growth of students and children.
