Responsible for overseeing daily operations over multiple saws and people. Cutting 2- 4 mil bf per month. This role ensures production goals are met efficiently while upholding strict safety and quality control standards. Key duties include team leadership, production management, QC, and equipment maintenance.

This position will oversee the most advanced automated pallet making machine in the US. Capable of up to 400 pallets an hour.
