Receptionist / Office Administrator
- Serve as the primary front-desk representative and first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Answer and route incoming calls, monitor the main company inbox, and ensure timely responses to general inquiries.
- Maintain conference room schedules, manage visitor check-in/out procedures, and prepare meeting spaces as needed.
- Support office operations, including mail and package handling, supply ordering, and coordination with facility vendors.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics, including issuing access badges, preparing new hire materials, and coordinating workspace readiness.
- Provide administrative support to corporate departments (HR, Accounting, Security, etc.) as assigned.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment consistent with company standards.
- Support planning and logistics for company meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Serve as a liaison for building management, maintenance, and service vendors.
- Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Experience supporting a corporate or government contracting environment is a plus.
- US Citizenship Required
- Associate's degree or higher education
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role
