Position: HVAC Subcontractor (Service & Installation)

We are seeking professional HVAC subcontractors to handle service and installation work in existing residential homes and multi-family units. This is a great opportunity for motivated technicians who want steady work, clear pay structures, and the ability to focus on their craft while we handle the rest.

Compensation

Service Income:

• 30% of gross ticket value

Installation Income (Flat Rates):

• Condenser Only – $300

• Evaporator Coil Only – $300

• Air Handler / Furnace – $400

• Evap Coil & Condenser – $600

• Gas Furnace & Evap Coil – $600

• Up-Flow/Over Tub (Apartment) Complete Change Out – $700

• Horizontal Complete Change Out – $800

Requirements

• Valid HVAC license and insurance (state requirements must be met)

• Experience in residential and multi-family HVAC service & installation

• Professionalism and reliability

• Ability to work independently while representing the ELC brand
