Our Kelly Education Recruiter is accountable for:- Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
- Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
- Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
- Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:
- 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service focused
- MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required
- Ability to travel upto30% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events
Base pay range for this position is $51,300-$68,400 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
