We are currently looking for Asphalt Laborers with paving experience to work at our Trussville, AL location.

Class A CDL and experience operating a skid steer, paver, and/or roller preferred but not required.

Some responsibilities will include:

• Distribute, break down, compress and give a finished surface to cooling asphalt
• Be prompt and timely for all assigned shifts
• Maintain a clean job site; pick up tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.
• Properly block off, Clean, and prep parking lots for Crack-seal, Sealcoat, Patching and Striping projects.
• Clean trucks and equipment daily.
• Ensure all tools are organized and accounted for daily

Qualifications:

• Experience in Asphalt or Paving industry (preferred)
• Class A CDL (preferred)
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Ability to use heavy equipment
• Proficiency in driving commercial vehicles
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience required

The position may require weekend work.
