Administrative Assistant
SKILLS:
- Customer service skills
- Answering calls and interacting with people internal and external
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g. excel, word & outlook)
- Experience with Sage is a plus
- Sage software experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Clerical, filing and data entry experience
- Related to creating purchase orders, sales orders, invoices and managing their life-cycle
- Motivated and self-driven to complete tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Hours of work is 7:00 to 4:00 Monday-Friday, overtime as needed.
