? **Shift:** COS Schedule - 7:45 AM to 8:00 PM (Rotating Long-Day Schedule)
? **Employment Type:** Full-Time
? **Work Setup:** Onsite
?? **What's a typical day as a General Utility Associate? You will:**
+ Move materials and finished products to and from production lines using manual handling and powered equipment.
+ Start or operate basic production equipment and assist machine operators to maintain continuous output.
+ Empty materials into pallets for WIP or finished goods and build pallets to correct specifications.
+ Stage, label, and prepare products for shipment; support truck loading and unloading as needed.
+ Perform inventory counts, track downtime, and record production details accurately.
+ Conduct visual quality checks and report defects or issues.
+ Maintain work areas following 6S/housekeeping standards to ensure safety and efficiency.
+ Verify that proper packaging materials are used based on product type.
+ Assist with production and shipping paperwork and tracking requirements.
+ Follow all plant safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
? **This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:**
+ A High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
+ Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience (required); plastics experience is a plus.
+ Basic math and inventory counting skills.
+ Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
+ Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
+ Forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to become certified.
+ Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
