Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled and dependable Welders and Pipe Fitters to join our team in the Pell City, AL area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, and is looking for long-term growth in a stable manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and weld components using proper welding and fitting equipment
- Operate welding machinery and follow engineered drawings
- Measure accurately and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Support production goals and communicate effectively with supervisors and engineers
Qualifications:
- Previous Welding/Fabrication experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use welding/fabrication tools safely
- Strong work ethic, reliabiltiy, and teamwork
- AWS Welding Certificate (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- High School Diploma/GED

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Starting Pay: $20/hr DOE
