About the Role

Super regional independent insurance agency with branches throughout the Southeast seeks an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager. You assist producers and account executives with daily client management for a growing book of business. Additional details on the positions include:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all service requests (such as renewals, policy changes, billing, etc.) from clients with small business to more complex exposures in coverage lines like commercial GL, property, auto, and work comp
• Ensure accurate policy recordkeeping and database management especially with policy checking, summaries, binders, certificates, and ID cards

Skills & Experience

• At least one year (1) year of commercial property and casualty experience with a focus on policy management and client service related duties
• Active state insurance license
