Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager or a recognized influencer in the mechanical construction space who is ready to step into a serious, strategic business development role.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who knows the mechanical market, has strong industry relationships, and understands how commercial projects are identified, positioned, and won.

What You Will Do

• Cultivate high-level relationships across general contractors, owners, developers, and trade partners
• Identify commercial mechanical opportunities across the Birmingham region
• Originate and qualify projects through market insight and industry connections
• Connect opportunities with internal estimating and operations teams
• Support pursuit strategy and market expansion
• Represent the company with credibility, professionalism, and market presence

Compensation and Structure

• Base salary: $100,000 to $160,000
