Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for safety, repair, and keeping facilities in top shape? We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team and help ensure our community stays safe, clean, and fully operational.
What You’ll Do
- Keep our building and grounds in excellent repair
- Handle HVAC, electrical, and plumbing fixes
- Maintain fire alarms, emergency lighting & safety systems
- Perform routine checks, repairs, and safety drills
- Coordinate with contractors & internal departments
- Support residents and staff by ensuring a safe, respectful environment
Be our go-to emergency responder when issues arise
Requirements
▪ High school diploma/GED (tech school a plus!)
▪ 3+ years of maintenance experience
▪ Ability to read/interpret maintenance manuals & safety documents
▪ Working knowledge of facility systems & building codes
▪ Skills in carpentry, painting, and basic repairs
▪ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
