Dedicated Personnel is hiring for a dependable and customer-focused individual to join an office team as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher .

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow!

Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll work in the office answering incoming calls, assisting customers, and dispatching technicians to service calls. The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can multitask with ease.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling service

• Dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians to residential and commercial jobs

• Coordinate technician schedules based on availability and location

• Communicate updates and changes between technicians and customers

• Enter service requests and job details into the system accurately

• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction

• Assist with other administrative and office support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required (dispatch experience is required!)

• Excellent phone and communication skills

• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy setting

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn scheduling software

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable transportation
