Position Description: **Now Hiring: Structural Welder/Fitter****Location:** Irvington, AL**Pay:**$24 - $26.00 per hour**Position Type:** Long-Term Elevate Workforce is currently seeking experienced **Structural Welder/Fitters** for a long-term positionin Irvington, Alabama. This position requires individuals who are skilled in **both structural fitting and structural welding**. Applicants must be able to read drawings, fit structural steel components accurately, and complete high-quality welds to specification * Fit and assemble structural steel using blueprints and shop drawings.* Perform structural welding using approved welding processes.* Measure, lay out, tack, and weld structural components.* Operate hand tools, grinders, torches, and other fabrication equipment.* Inspect work for accuracy and quality.* Follow all company and job site safety requirements. Qualifications:* Experience as both a **Structural Fitter and Structural Welder** is required.* Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and fabrication drawings.* Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fitting procedures.* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.* Reliable transportation to and from the job site.* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.* Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
