Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the supervising nurse
- Administer medications and treatments per the resident care plan and physician orders
- Monitor vital signs, record observations, and identify changes in condition
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide emotional support
- Document care provided and maintain accurate, timely records
- Communicate changes to the supervising nurse and participate in care planning and teamwork

Requirements
- Current, active LPN license (Alabama preferred)
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and participate in a rotating schedule
- Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, monitoring, and documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to resident safety, privacy, and infection control
- Eligibility to work in the United States
