Property Claims Field Adjuster - Greater Mobile

As spring weather brings increased storm activity along the Gulf Coast, CENCO Claims is expanding its field presence in the Mobile area to support growing residential claim volume. We're seeking a dependable Daily Residential Property Adjuster who values consistent assignments, independence in the field, and strong operational support.

Role Overview
In this field-based role, you'll manage residential property claims from inspection through submission, focusing on accurate assessments, clean documentation, and professional communication while our internal team helps keep files moving efficiently.

What You'll Be Handling:

Perform on-site inspections for residential losses caused by wind, hail, heavy rain, and seasonal storm events

Assess damage and prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

Capture clear photos, measurements, and supporting documentation

Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives

Submit complete, well-organized claim files in line with carrier guidelines

Represent CENCO Claims professionally in the field

What We're Looking For:

Active Alabama adjuster license or approved designated home state license

Working knowledge of Xactimate (Symbility a plus)

Strong understanding of residential construction and damage assessment

Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment

Ability to independently manage daily assignments in a fast-paced environment
