Automotive Internet Sales Representative

Moyer Ford Sales is seeking a motivated Automotive Internet Sales Representative to manage and convert online customer inquiries into in-store appointments. This role is a great fit for someone who communicates well, follows up consistently, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment. In addition to supporting the sales team, this position provides backup support for the F&I department as needed, making it ideal for candidates interested in expanding their dealership skill set.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, and chat inquiries
2. Communicate with customers via email, phone, and text to understand needs and build rapport
3. Schedule and confirm dealership appointments
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system
5. Partner with sales consultants to ensure smooth handoffs and customer follow-through
6. Re-engage unsold leads and support long-term customer relationships
7. Assist with F&I backup support, including document preparation and customer coordination when needed
8. Meet or exceed dealership goals for lead response, appointments, and conversions

Qualifications

• Previous internet sales or automotive sales experience preferred
• F&I experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and dealership technology
• Professional, customer-focused attitude
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
