PEMB Detailer (Remote)
- Create detailed shop and erection drawings for PEMB projects using MBS software.
- Develop framing plans, elevations, sections, and connection details.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and applicable codes.
- Revise drawings based on internal and client feedback.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- 5-10 years of experience detailing Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB).
- Advanced proficiency in MBS software.
- Strong understanding of metal building systems, components, and connections.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience working directly with manufacturers or fabricators.
- Familiarity with AISC standards and building codes.
- Experience with other CAD tools (AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.).
