Salt & Light, a contractor with Premier Pools and Spas, is hiring a Pool Construction Project Manager to lead residential pool builds from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing jobsite activity, keeping projects on track, and making sure homeowners are informed and satisfied throughout the process.

You'll coordinate with our scheduler to report project readiness and keep all teams and subcontractors aligned. While you won't handle the full scheduling yourself, you'll need to stay on top of timelines and clearly communicate phase updates. You'll also oversee site Supervisors and step in directly when needed during key phases like excavation or Gunite.

What You'll Do:

• Act as the main point of contact for homeowners

• Answer questions, provide updates, and set clear expectations

• Coordinate with the scheduler to communicate project status and readiness

• Manage daily jobsite activity, ensuring work is clean, safe, and on track

• Lead major construction phases and assist when needed

• Monitor crew behavior and performance

• Use pool construction software to track progress and submit required checklists

• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints

• Flag changes that could affect future phases or costs

• Review invoices and estimates to resolve discrepancies

• Help identify cost-saving opportunities

• Handle tasks like collecting payments, quoting upgrades, and preparing addendums

What You'll Need:

• Strong understanding of residential construction, preferably in pools

• Experience reading blueprints

• Familiarity with construction management software

• Concrete and elevation grading experience is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors

• Professional but approachable communication style
