Were looking for a PRN PT to support our therapy services at a beautiful senior-living community in the Auburn areawhere your clinical voice matters and your work directly shapes the lives of the residents you serve.

Responsibilities

What This Role Looks Like:
Youll create purposeful individualized treatment plans set realistic goals and guide patients through safe thoughtful progress. Youll also mentor and collaborate with PTAs and partner alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team. Documentation and productivity standards are part of the jobbut your heart for patient care is what we value most.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team:

• Graduate of an accredited PT program

• Active Indiana PT license (or pending for recent graduates)

• Flexibility to support weekend or variable shifts as needed

• Experience in acute care LTC or post-acute rehab is a plusbut not required
