• Work directly with an experienced Farmers Agent to learn daytoday agency operations
• Help clients with various types of insurance needs, including quotes and policy support
• Learn the basics of agency management, sales, and marketing
• Follow a clear development path that can lead to agency ownership

• Must obtain an Alabama Property & Casualty license (License Assisted Provided)
• Must obtain an Alabama Life & Health license (License Assisted Provided)
• Must be coachable, willing to learn, and able to follow guidance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Careerminded with a desire for longterm growth
